Members of Trentham Brass Band marked 75 years since VJ Day on Saturday 15th August. They played the ‘Last Post’, followed by ‘Reveille’, at 11am and later in the day, played ‘Sunset’ at 8.20pm. There were performances at Yarnfield, St Edward’s Church Cheddleton, Sneyd Green, Sandon, Endon and Brown Edge.

Trentham Brass ensemble were honoured to provide the music for the Carol Service on Wednesday evening at Trentham Mausoleum. The first ever carol service in this, the only grade I listed building in Stoke on Trent. History in the making! The event was very well attended including local councillors.
Trentham Brass enjoyed entertaining visitors again at Gladstone Pottery Museum on a chilly Friday evening in December, for their annual ‘Carols by Twilight. ‘
The band enjoyed joining the Staffordshire WI Choir for ‘A Victorian Christmas’ at St. Michael and All Angels Church, Colwich, Stafford on Sunday Dec 8th. This was the 5th event of the weekend for some band members!
