Yesterday was a very special day for our amazing MD Mike Caveney, who was presented with an award for 60 years service to the Brass Band Movement at the Midlands Area Contest in Bedworth. We were only 1 year late (Sorry!). Apparently Mike played his first concert sixty-one years ago yesterday at The Free Trade Hall with The Manchester Schools Brass Band. We are all delighted to have him as our MD!
